For years I had been using a number of stores and sites trying to get what I sought: people I could trust to advise me on the best system for my particular needs within my budget without pressure. I found these things in spades with Tyler and Dana. They instantly made me feel at home (well, since it was their home initially it made it easier), helped me select the components most compatible with my rooms and budget, and always kept in mind what would be the logical next steps in optimizing my system. In addition, their close relationships with some of the best audio companies in the industry allowed me to make the jump to higher-end components that much easier.

I’ve known Tyler since the early 2000’s when he had his store in West Bend, Wi. I bought my first set of Dynaudio speakers from him and throughout the years have upgraded my stereo with his help and advice. Always taking the time to answer my many (novice) questions and never pressuring me to buy is truly customer service at it’s finest. Wouldn’t even think of purchasing from another dealer because of Tyler’s dedication to his product and more importantly to his customers.

I have been buying Naim Kit since 1975 when the chrome bumper 250’s came out – so I am an old Naim geek. For the past 5 years I have been purchasing Naim gear and various speakers from Tyler and Dana. Let me say that Tyler’s prices are always fair, his responsiveness is without equal, and he has a fantastic showroom for auditioning – or just sitting back and enjoying whatever your musical preference – even if you aren’t in the mood to make a purchase. Tyler has a thorough understanding of high end gear and most importantly he is trustworthy. He is flexible and wants you to enjoy your music based on your own taste for sound. He has great suggestions for gear and I have never been disappointed.

Listening to world class (literally!) components and speakers in a beautifully restored, historic building is just part of the reason to visit Next Level HiFi. The other equally impressive reason is the level of care and support for their clients. Case in point … I have purchased multiple products from Tyler and on this recent occasion planned to buy an exquisite pair of preowned speakers. The speakers were ‘perfect’ except for a few marks to their custom bases (which didn’t bother me at all). When I came to pick the speakers up, Tyler had ordered brand new bases ($1,500+) and provided them for free because he wanted them to be perfect.
