Ansuz Star ground technology
Exemplary electrical grounding.
Voltage also carries disturbing noise, which has a negative impact on the electronics of audio components. Ansuz Star ground technology prevents this disturbing noise from ’bleeding’ into the electronics of all audio components connected to the power distributor.
Ansuz Star Ground technology is built around a precisely defined area within the power distributor (star point) boasting the lowest possible grounding impedance. It ensures that no voltage is transferred from the power distributor to the power cables of the individual audio components. Since this star point has the best ground impedance, all sockets in the power distributor are grounded from here.
The system can be further optimized by the use of Ansuz Mainz Power cables. They complement the power distributor with a strong grounding conductor as well as various shielding and noise suppressing technologies.

Natural-Based Composite Cabinet Material
The cabinet design is an important Ansuz characteristic and is designed to eliminates sonic distortion. The disturbing sonic influence, that emanates from cabinets made from aluminum are the result of aluminum's mechanical resonance.
To eliminate this sonic distortion, the challenge was to minimize the use of aluminum in the cabinet. Ansuz’s sister company Aavik tested various materials and designed an innovative natural-based composite material, which reduces mechanical influence, - particularly hysteresis.
The sonic result of our natural based composite is distinctly audible and is a cornerstone of Ansuz’s quest for the ultimate music experience.

Noise Control Technology by Ansuz
The Tesla Coil Principle
The key principle of the Tesla coil is two coils wound in opposite directions, one coil and one counter coil. When one coil encounters a voltage spike, a counter spike is simultaneously activated in the other to eliminate the noise. Adding more Tesla coils in parallel increases the noise cancellation. Ansuz uses various types of Tesla coils to complement and reinforce each other.
Analog Dither (X-TC3 Only)
Analog dither originated in the field of radar, where it ensured a stronger signal and thus greater range. In Audio Group Denmark products, active Tesla coils receive pulsating dither signals at precisely defined frequencies. This dither process pushes back against the noise floor and amplifies the musical signal, delivering a cleaner, purer musical performance.

This is a double inverted coil relying on the Ansuz Tesla coil principle. When the Tesla coils encounters a voltage spike, a counter spike is activated to eliminate the noise.

Active square Tesla coil (X-TC3 Only)
The active square Tesla coils are embedded in our printed circuit boards – a coil on the top and the counter coil on the back. The principle is exactly the same as the active Tesla coil and thus has a greater ability to eliminate noise than the passive Tesla coils.

Active Zirconium Anti-Aerial Tesla Coils by Ansuz
All cables act as antennas for unwanted airborne RF noise. An active Tesla coil wound on the external part of a cable prevents the cable from absorbing the RF noise, which instead is canceled by the coil.
Ansuz has implemented a zirconium bar in their anti aerial coil design. The mechanical properties of the zirconium allow for unprecedented resonance control, resulting in outstanding musical refinement and creating a natural soundstage unrivalled in purity, precision and musical detail.
