Next Level HiFi stands behind all products we sell.

All Børresen Acoustics and Axxess products sold by Next Level HiFi Online feature Audio Group Denmark's full 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear-and-tear by the user does not qualify as a defect.

If a defect arises within the warranty period in any product sold by Next Level HiFi Online, we will at our option repair the product or replace it with a functionally equivalent new product. 

If you believe a product you purchased from Next Level HiFi Online is defective, please contact us at info@nextlevelhifi.com or (630) 797-5117 for warranty support.

Next Level HiFi Online does not accept returns.
